The City Council has approved a contract with Collin County for animal control serves.
The Collin County Animal Shelter's hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday - Friday; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. After hours and holidays, call the main number and leave a message. They will return your call as soon as possible.
After hours emergency service, please call the Sheriff's Office, 972-547-5350.
Animal control officers are available Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We currently do not require the registration of pets.
