FAQs

How do I report a water leak or broken waterline?

If it is outside of regular city hall business hours, call (972) 727-8999 and press option 2. Leave a message including your telephone number and the exact address/location of the leak. The on-call person will call you back as soon as possible if you request for us to do so. For emergent water leaks, please call 911 or the Collin County Sherriff’s Department at (972) 547-5100. Please do not delay in reporting this type of issue.

How do I report a road issue, a pothole, a traffic singnal, etc.?

You can submit an online service request by clicking here. By submitting an online service request, you can track the progress of the service request. You can also call City Hall and report an issue over the phone at (972) 727-8999.

Who do I call for after hour water emergencies?

For life threatening emergencies please call 911. For an after-hours water emergency, please call (972) 727-8999, press option 2, and leave a message including your telephone number and address.  The on-call person will call you back as soon as possible.
