File of Life
The File of Life is a program designed to provide important information about you when you are unable to speak for yourself in a medical emergency. It is free for all members of the community that would like to participate. Participants fill out a simple questionnaire about their medical history and place it on their refrigerator door. A File of Life decal is placed on the participants front door to alert first responders. To obtain a File of Life you can come by the fire station and we will be happy to assist you.
