Get Ready for the Lucas Founders Day Country Fair!
Spring is in the air, and that means it’s time for one of Lucas’ most beloved traditions – Founders Day! Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 12, 2025, and get ready for a fun-filled day at the Lucas Community Park (665 Country Club Road) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
A Day of Fun for the Whole Family!
The Founders Day Country Fair promises to be bigger and better than ever! Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to Lucas, this event is the perfect way to enjoy a day of community spirit, exciting activities, and great food.
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:
🎡 Carnival rides – Enjoy thrilling rides for all ages!
🐴 Stick horse rodeo – A fun, kid-friendly showdown in the arena.
🐑 Petting zoo – Get up close with adorable farm animals.
🎨 Face painting – Turn into your favorite character for the day!
🎶 Live entertainment – Enjoy music and performances throughout the event!
🌳 Annual Service Tree Awards – Join us as we honor those who make Lucas a better place.
Best of all, admission is completely FREE! Bring your family and friends for a day of unforgettable fun. Of course, no festival is complete without great food! A variety of food and beverage vendors will be on-site, offering delicious options to keep you fueled for all the fun.
Parking & Shuttle Information 🚗🚌
To make things easy and accessible for everyone, there will be no public parking at Lucas Community Park on the day of the event. Instead, we’re offering convenient shuttle services from the following locations:
🅿️ Hart Elementary School (450 Country Club Road)
🅿️ Lovejoy High School (2350 Estates Parkway)
Shuttle service starts at 9:30 AM, with buses running throughout the day to transport visitors to and from the fair. The last shuttle will leave City Hall at 2:30 PM, so plan accordingly!
