
Spring is in the air, and that means it’s time for one of Lucas’ most cherished traditions – Founders Day! Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 12, 2025, and join us at Lucas Community Park (665 Country Club Road) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for a day packed with fun, food, and community spirit!
A Day of Fun for the Whole Family!
This year’s Founders Day Country Fair promises to be bigger and better than ever. Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to Lucas, this event is the perfect way to connect with neighbors and enjoy a day of exciting activities.

🐴 Stick Horse Rodeo – A fun-filled competition for young cowboys and cowgirls.
🐑 Petting Zoo – Get up close with adorable farm animals.
🎨 Face Painting – Transform into your favorite character!
🎶 Live Entertainment – Enjoy music and performances throughout the event.
🌳 Annual Service Tree Awards – Celebrate those who make Lucas a better place.
Best of all, admission is FREE! Bring your family and friends for a day of unforgettable fun. Plus, a variety of food trucks will be on-site, serving up delicious eats to keep you fueled for all the festivities.
Parking & Shuttle Information 🚗🚌
To make the event accessible for everyone, there will be no public parking at Lucas Community Park on the day of the fair. Instead, a free shuttle service will be available from the following locations:
🅿️ Hart Elementary School (450 Country Club Road)
🅿️ Lovejoy High School (2350 Estates Parkway)
Shuttles will begin running at 9:30 AM and continue throughout the day. The last shuttle will depart from City Hall at 2:30 PM, so plan accordingly!
