Since its establishment in 2016, the Keep Lucas Beautiful (KLB) program has been a cornerstone of community pride and environmental stewardship in Lucas, Texas. In 2022, the City of Lucas was proud to receive the Governor’s Community Achievement Award from Keep Texas Beautiful. This prestigious honor is one of the most coveted annual environmental and community improvement awards in Texas. What Does Keep Lucas Beautiful Do?
